Hello my fellow blog readers! I know it has been awhile since I have written a post, so please forgive me for I must yabba dabba do! To catch up, I have been hustling in a hematology/oncology program! Did you know that approximately 2 million red blood cells die in the human body per second? Now, they are really working themselves to death!
Anyway, my “I’m not sure if I can still call it a new” job has been one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had in my lifetime. For instance, I actually helped infuse stem cells into a patient as a drug treatment! Even though, I have always had my eye on pharmacy school, I can honestly say that a part of me had considered staying at this job for the rest of my life. This reminds me of a quote from the movie UP:
“I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.”
For all my friends out there, if you are stuck in a sticky situation, there may be reason for it. Overcoming obstacles and difficult decisions is a way of life, and we need them to constantly improve ourselves. So hustle on! Last but not least, please donate blood if you can, because one pint of blood can save THREE lives. It’s always a beautiful day to save lives ❤
